Admin, staff, and client users receive different access levels. Attempting to bypass route, API, or record-level restrictions is prohibited.
The platform may enforce email verification, two-factor authentication, rate limiting, audit logging, suspicious activity review, and temporary access restrictions.
Users may not probe, scan, attack, reverse engineer, overload, spam, exfiltrate, or interfere with platform operations or another user's data.
We aim for reliable service but may perform maintenance, security updates, migrations, emergency fixes, or provider-driven changes that temporarily affect access.
