After a deletion request, account access is disabled and an erasure request is recorded. A 30-day recovery window may apply unless immediate deletion is legally required.
Personal identifiers may be deleted or anonymized from account records where deletion does not break legal, accounting, security, dispute, or operational records.
Invoices, payment records, audit logs, security logs, legal correspondence, and records needed to enforce rights or meet legal duties may be retained for the required period.
During the recovery window, contact support from the registered email to request restoration. After processing, deleted or anonymized data may not be recoverable.
