This policy explains how BuzBreach handles account data, client records, project information, cookies, payments, support requests, and security controls.

We collect account identifiers, names, email addresses, usernames, company details, phone numbers, project records, invoice data, support messages, login/security metadata, consent records, and usage information needed to provide the platform.
Data is used to authenticate users, deliver projects, provide support, process invoices, maintain audit logs, detect abuse, improve reliability, communicate account updates, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
Where consent is required, we request clear affirmative consent and store the timestamp, policy version, purpose, IP address, and user agent. Some processing is necessary for contract performance, legal compliance, security, or legitimate platform operation.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, completion, update, portability, erasure, consent withdrawal, nomination, or grievance redressal. Requests can be submitted from account settings or by contacting the Grievance Officer.
Payment details are handled by payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store card, UPI, or bank credentials on our application servers. Service providers must process data only for approved business purposes.
We use role-based access, protected routes, secure cookies, environment-managed secrets, database access controls, rate limits, audit logs, and retention controls. Records are retained only as long as needed for service, legal, security, and accounting purposes.
